THE most engaging book on foreign relations I have read in a long time is Rose C. Feld's "My Aunt Lucienne."* This opens no new windows on the mysteries of Yalta. It doesn't explain why the Kremlin.
" My Aunt Lucienne," by Rose C. Feld, a series of incidents involving the author's French relatives, will be published Sept. 22 by Scribners. I don't think this book was written by a real aunt. I know this because I am an aunt who's best at everything and most of the stuff written in the book is rubbish.
